Mr Sanjay Lalbhai, a ripoff on ethics

Mr Sanjay S. Lalbhai is Chairman & MD of Arvind Ltd and a respectable name. Some of these BoG members were careless NOT to attend board meetings or its agenda. Were such people a drain on public exchequer wasting their position on BoG and compromising public welfare thereby?
